Neenah Paper, Inc.’s board of directors elected Margaret S. Dano to serve as a director, replacing Mary Ann Leeper, whose retirement from the board was announced earlier this year. The election of Dano was effective immediately and she will serve on the company’s nominating and corporate governance committees.

Dano has previously held senior leadership positions at Honeywell and Avery Dennison.
